HOPE

VSEC called us at 11 pm at night for a dog that was brought in as DOA (dead on arrival) until they saw her blink.  The staff immediately went into life-saving measures and began stabilizing this sweet 6-month-old Rottweiler puppy we later named Hope.  Her odds were not great initially for survival, but they asked if we wanted to give her a chance.  Read Hope's full story...

BO

Bo came to us as an owner surrender, done out of pure love.  His owners had exhausted every resource and were desperate when they reached out on Facebook for help. That's where Zoe's House was tagged and asked to lend a hand.  You see Bo could no longer walk and his loving owners, who had health issues of their own, could no longer care for him.  Read Bo's full story...

AZURE BLUE

We received a phone call from a concerned person that he witnessed this dog being abused.  The things he told us were horrifying.  Apparently, there were two dogs and the one was beaten to death.  Azure was hung in a basement and beaten with a nightstick for her owner's own “enjoyment.” He said that she had injured her leg and she could not walk. Now the “owner” wanted to shoot her.  Read Azure Blue's full story...
